Thai peanut sauce noodles are one of the best things you can make during the week! This is one of the best recipes if you want to try this delicious dish!

Want something really good and really unique? Look no further than this recipe. I always serve this with the Thai Grilled Chicken posted earlier this week, but it is far more flexible and begs for exploring additional options.
I use udon noodles for this dish, but any noodle can be used. I like the thickness and texture of the udon. The sauce can be used with green beans and mushrooms for many potential side dishes.
Thai cooking uses peanut sauce in many ways, so let your imagination be your guide. You can also use it on a variety of meats.
You can listen to great Thai music or classical music as you make this dish!
